  • Sold the business transferring critical liabilities to the new owners, closed down all remaining activities

As Interim Managing Director for an industrial and building services acoustic design and supply business, I focused sales on specific customer groups, brought discipline to sales/quotation activity and pricing policy.

I reactivated agents, identified and addressed weaknesses in subcontracted product design and procurement.

I directed and managed all the activity in the business disposal option development and subsequent sale of the business, managing myriad issues/liabilities to completion and maintaining goodwill for the Group.
