Interim Manager to a £3.5M turnover business responsible for the acceleration of product development


  • Accelerated product development on complex electro-mechanical assemblies, both products completed development after many months of delay

  • One product successfully launched after testing, a second into compliance trials

As Interim Manager for a business designing and producing high integrity electro mechanical interlock systems, I brought focus to the development of two critical next-generation product development programmes which had been running for 18 months with little output.

I resolved a variety of technical, commercial and production product issues, including patent and approvals problems.

One product moved into a test phase within 12 weeks and was launched on target to meet existing orders. A second product went into compliance trials.
