As Interim Manager based in Qatar, I supported the commissioning and integration phase of a very large baggage handling project.

I created the basic structure for completion of construction and commissioning, developing an operational project programme where there was none before.

I brought a reality to the whole system performance by practical real payload testing, resulting in the creation of a performance base line.
