  • Completed (very short timescales) various feasibility analyses for operations development

  • Directly completed all financial analysis

  • Client accepted financial and other analyses (quantum was not expected by anybody)

As Interim Manager (with others), I undertook a detailed review of the production of industrial process equipment.

I was directly responsible for the financial analysis; other analysis covered a wide range of topics including IP issues and human factors.
