  • Led the final stages of the bid award process for the facilities management of 20 secure buildings

  • Ran the mobilisation process to build the site based delivery teams

 As Interim Account Director, I fronted the final stages of a strategically important bid to supply facilities management services for 20 secure buildings to a banking group.

I successfully led the response and presentation activity and secured the contract.

I then managed the mobilisation process, resolving major skills and resource issues and built and stabilised the contract delivery team.
