Brought transparency establishing the true status of a portfolio of automation projects allowing informed decisions to be made.

One major project recovered, through FAT/customer witness, and shipped.

Other projects advanced into internal Factory Acceptance or internal technical review.

Reallocated critical resources to bring focus to (successful) resolution of critical technical issues.
I managed process development, modification, trials and testing, and acceptance process under very resource-constrained conditions.
I brought absolute focus to the recovery of a number of troubled, late, technically complex automated system projects.
