As Business Development Director within a major materials handling group I was tasked with resolving legacy issues and rebuilding the order book from zero for coal and ash handling systems into the Indian and, with other Group companies, Chinese markets.
I led the India in-country partnership development, prequalification, bidding and commercial negotiation.
The first order was taken in nine months.
