As Interim Integration Manager for a specialist defence engineering and services contractor, I developed and ran an initial integration programme, bringing together six defence equipment and service business units to align sales, commercial and legal activity.

I put in place relevant company secretarial processes to ensure the business’s entity status was correct (registrations, etc).

Businesses subsequently became fully merged into a (near) seamless single entity.
