As Interim Head of Engineering for a producer of specialist stainless steel fabrications to the automotive and process sectors and composite hoses to the logistics and process sectors, I brought absolute focus and structure to development projects.

I identified the critical technical issues that were causing production scrap (a mix of contamination, edge presentation and gas management) and implemented a programme to eliminate the underlying causes.

I managed the relocation of production materials, ensuring segregation compliance and with no effect on production.

I accelerated the development of long delayed new machinery such that test samples were being produced within 10 weeks.
