  • Brought absolute technical focus to recovery of 4 late business critical automation projects.
  • Placed (where possible) technical expertise into most troubled situations, mitigated consequences. Ensured rapid reaction by the whole business to newly emerging issues.
  • All projects either completed acceptance and shipped, into client acceptance process or technical review final.

I took overall programme responsibility for a number of failing projects (the most problematic at that time).

Configured and drove the modification and trials process, hands on shop floor ensuring the critical path was understood, resolved issues as they occurred.

Ensured alignments of understanding in the wider stakeholder group and (unexpected) changes made known.
